Thank you for adopting your next rats through Pie Town Rattery!

We are excited to welcome you to our family of responsible pet owners. In order to ensure our rats go to good, loving homes, we are strict with our selling practices. Below you will find photos of all of our current adoptable rats. Before you do, please read the following:

• Some rats below are not old enough to leave the nest. A “take home date” will be listed in the description.

• Once you reserve two or more rats, you will receive an emailed invoice.

• An invoice will not be emailed if you only reserve one rat.

• A deposit will not be refunded if you only reserve one rat.

• Pickup date and time will be arranged via email.

• Rats will be held with a deposit for seven days.

• After seven days, if the buyer has not attempted to pick up the rats, the rats will be made available for reservation again. The nonrefundable deposit will NOT be refunded.

By reserving a rat and paying the deposit, you disclose that you have read, agree, and are now bound by the purchase contract found here.
